FX have released a behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming third season of American Horror Story.
The upcoming American Horror Story: Coven follows on from the hugely successful Asylum and Murder House, with the series to continue its trend of telling an entirely new, self contained story each season.
Coven deals with witchcraft (as the name suggests), the legacy of Salem, voodoo, incest and slavery (producer Tim Minear states that the tone this year is "lighter [and] with more humour"...), and will be set both in the present and in the 1830s. Showrunner Ryan Murphy had previously stated that he wanted this third season to deal with "something that's a little bit more 'evil glamour.'"

American Horror Story: Coven stars Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, Sarah Paulson, Frances Conroy, Gabourey Sidibe, Denis O'Hare, Patti LuPone, Evans Peters, Taissa Farmiga, Lily Rabe and Emma Roberts, and starts on FX in the US on the 9th October, and on 29th October on Fox in the UK.
